These terms cover the public website and Studio projects. Sending a form is not a purchase.
Inquiries
Studio, submission, and partnership forms create a request we can answer. They do not start a subscription, charge a card, or lock a delivery date.
Studio work
A custom site starts at $3,500 USD after we confirm scope. Two revision rounds are included. Payment is 50% to begin and 50% when the site goes live, by invoice. Exclusive commercial rights in the delivered work transfer on final payment.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee search ranking, ad reach, or that a reference site will still look the same tomorrow. Editorial inclusion is a judgment, not a paid ranking.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in to yourself. We may refuse or remove listings and inquiries that are abusive, illegal, or outside the collection.
