Why we keep it.

Shape Your Site is a public catalog and a Studio inquiry desk. We collect as little as we need to run those two jobs.

Catalog browsing

You can browse without an account. Server logs may include a technical address, user agent, and the pages requested, so we can keep the site up.

Accounts and saves

If you sign in, we store a verified email and the websites you bookmark. Local saves on this device are merged into that account when you sign in.

Studio and other inquiries

A brief includes your name, email, message, and any reference links you attach. We use that to reply, quote, and deliver work. We do not sell inquiry lists.

Payment

This website does not charge cards. If we take a Studio project, payment happens by invoice after we confirm scope. Your bank or invoice provider then holds the payment data.

How long

Inquiries and project notes stay until the work is done and a short archive period after. You can ask us to delete an unused inquiry by emailing the address you wrote from.
